Turkish Style Lobster Classic Tabbouleh

INGREDIENTS
8 oz. Lobster Classic, chunk style
1 cup bulgur wheat, rinsed, soaked until tender*
1 cup diced tomatoes
1 bunch chopped parsley
1 clove garlic, peeled, minced
1/4 cup black olives, chopped (roughly 2 ounces)
1/4 cup raisins (roughly 2 ounces)
1/4 cup olive oil
salt and freshly ground pepper

DIRECTIONS
Place Lobster Classic in a large bowl and add all the ingredients except the salt and pepper and toss. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Serve in a bowl lined with lettuce leaves or serve as a filling in pita bread.

* Bulgur wheat is a parboiled, de-branned cracked wheat kernel common in Turkish and Middle Eastern cooking.

Makes 6-8 servings.
