smoked salmon products. Three great-tasting varieties are sure
to delight every smoked salmon lover.
New York Style features Atlantic Salmon from cold, pristine,
glacier-fed waters. Each salmon fillet is cured with an all- natural
dry rub and smoked to perfection over slow-burning native
hardwoods. Our traditional, slow-smoking, process results in
the rich, savory flavor and smooth texture that are the hallmarks
of New York style smoked salmon. Cracked Pepper Style
features the same salmon fillets as our New York Style which
we enhance with the addition of cracked black pepper. The result
is a smoky flavor and smooth texture, with a spicy kick added.
Wild Alaska Sockeye, comes from the cold, pure waters of the
North Pacific, where we source only 100% wild caught salmon.
The rich-tasting salmon fillets are cured with an all natural dry rub,
then slow smoked to produce a wonderfully complex balance
of flavors.
