Crustless Smoked Salmon Quiche Serves 8

Trans-Ocean Products
1-1/4 cup evaporated milk
1/4 cup sour cream
1 tsp Dijon mustard
3 large eggs
1/2 cup Swiss cheese
1/2 cup green onions, thinly sliced
2 oz cold smoked salmon, thinly sliced
2 tbsp fresh dill, chopped
1/2 tsp black pepper
Cooking spray

Preheat oven to 350F

Combine milk, sour cream, mustard and eggs in a large bowl with a whisk. Stir in cheese, onions, salmon, dill and pepper. Pour egg mixture into a 9" pie dish coated in cooking spray. Bake for 35 minutes. Let stand 15 minutes before serving.
