Smoked Salmon PizzasServes 2-4

Trans-Ocean Products
10 oz. fresh pizza dough
1 tbsp olive oil
4 oz lowfat mozzarella cheese
1/2 cup green pepper, finely sliced
1/4 cup red onion, slivered
2 medium plum tomatoes, diced
1/2 cup pitted black olives, cut in half
4 oz Cold Smoked Salmon, cut into strips
1/2 teaspoon lemon pepper seasoning

Preheat oven to 450F

Roll dough into 2 - 6" rounds and transfer to a baking sheet. Brush dough with olive oil. Sprinkle each pizza with of the cheese, green pepper, onion, tomato, and olives. Add the smoked salmon last and season with the lemon pepper. Bake for 8-10 minutes.
