Smoked Salmon PizzasServes 2-4

INGREDIENTS
10 oz. fresh pizza dough
1 tbsp olive oil
4 oz lowfat mozzarella cheese
1/2 cup green pepper, finely sliced
1/4 cup red onion, slivered
2 medium plum tomatoes, diced
1/2 cup pitted black olives, cut in half
4 oz Cold Smoked Salmon, cut into strips
1/2 teaspoon lemon pepper seasoning

DIRECTIONS
Preheat oven to 450°F

Roll dough into 2 - 6" rounds and transfer to a baking sheet. Brush dough with olive oil. Sprinkle each pizza with ½ of the cheese, green pepper, onion, tomato, and olives. Add the smoked salmon last and season with the lemon pepper. Bake for 8-10 minutes.
