Crab & Orzo Pasta Salad Mexicano

INGREDIENTS
Salad Mixture 8 oz. Crab Classic, Chunk Style 2 1/2 cups orzo, cooked 1/4 cup red peppers, medium chopped 1/4 cup green peppers, medium chopped 1/4 cup kernel corn, canned 1/4 cup peas, canned or frozen/thawed 1/4 cup scallion, chopped 1/4 cup red onion, chopped Dressing 1/4 cup spicy ranch dressing 1/4 cup tomato salsa 1 tsp. Mexican taco spice salt and pepper to taste |
DIRECTIONS
Prepare all the ingredients for the salad accordingly and place them into a mixing bowl. Prepare the dressing by blending it together in a bowl separately and season this to taste with salt and pepper. Combine the dressing and the salad ingredients by mixing this all together well. Allow to cool under refrigeration for one hour before serving.
