Crab Legs Wrapped in Prosciutto with Melon Salad

INGREDIENTS
8 oz. (8 legs) Crab Classic, Leg Style 8 ea. prosciutto ham, sliced thin 1/4 cup honey dew melon 1/4 cup cantaloupe melon 2 sprigs mint leaf 2 ea. lime wedge 1 ea. strawberry, optional 2 ea. green leaf lettuce |
DIRECTIONS
Place the crab leg into the prosciutto ham and role the leg into the ham. Prepare the melon salad by cutting the melon into small cubes and mix this together. Garnish with a lime wedge and strawberry cut in half.
Serving suggestion: Arrange this dish by fanning from side to side the crab wrapped in prosciutto. Place the melon salad on a bed of leaf lettuce. Garnish this with a mint sprig and a lime wedge.
