Trans-Ocean to Partner with SmartSource Online Savings Network to Distribute Crab Classic Coupons via Internet
Trans-Ocean Products, Inc. announces that it has signed an agreement with the SmartSource Online Savings Network to distribute coupons for its Crab Classic line of surimi seafoods. Beginning October 15, 2007, coupons for Crab and Lobster Classic valued at $1.00 off per package will be offered to visitors to SmartSource.com, the largest provider of consumer-coupon promotions on the Internet. For Trans-Ocean and its market-leading Classic surimi seafood line, the SmartSource.com program is one of several consumer-focused marketing efforts planned to attract new users to the growing refrigerated seafoods category.
"We are excited about our program with SmartSource.com because it puts Crab Classic in front of millions of new consumers as they are preparing their food shopping lists," commented Lou Shaheen, Vice President of Sales & Marketing at Trans-Ocean. "SmartSource.com reaches the active, health-conscious consumer that we believe will respond to Crab Classic's healthy attributes and the coupon offer."
The SmartSource Online Savings Network, a division of NewsAmerica Marketing, reaches over 50 million households each month, of which 84% are headed by 35-45 year old women. SmartSource business partners include major retailers, magazine and newspaper publishers and lifestyle web sites. These partners link visitors to SmartSource.com from their web sites to fulfill coupon offers.
