Crab Classic Chunk Style with Marinated Tomato & Bread Salad | ||
INGREDIENTS
8 oz. Crab Classic, Chunk Style 1 bunch basil 1/2 bunch Italian parsley 1 clove garlic 2 tbsp. Balsamic vineagar 5 tbsp. olive oil salt to taste pepper to taste 1 tbsp. water 3 cups Italian bread, cubed (or any crusty white bread) 1 cup navy beans (cooked) 2 cups grape tomatoes, cut in half |
DIRECTIONS
Place basil, garlic, olive oil, salt, pepper and water into a food processor and pulse for 10 seconds until emulsified. Combine the Crab Classic Chunk Style, bread, beans and tomatoes in a large bowl. Pour marinade over the bread, beans and tomatoes and toss. Allow to marinate for 10 minutes and serve.
