Lobster Margarita Salad with Cavatappi

INGREDIENTS
8 oz. Lobster Classic
1 tbsp. small diced red sweet pepper
1 tbsp. small diced yellow sweet pepper
1 tbsp. small diced orange sweet pepper
1 tbsp. small diced red onion
2 tbsp. stemmed, chopped cilantro
1 tsp. seeded, small dice jalapeño pepper/poblano
    chile can be substituted if jalapeño is
    too hot for taste
1/4 chipotle mayonnaise, store bought
juice of half lime
juice of half lemon
1 tsp. good quality tequila
1 lb. cooked whole wheat cavatappi pasta

DIRECTIONS
Combine all ingredients into bowl and fold together. Serve chilled.

Makes 4 servings.
