INGREDIENTS
8 oz. Crab Classic Flake Style
2 tbsp. reduced calorie mayonnaise
2 tsp. lemon juice
1 tbsp. red onion, minced
1 pinch red pepper flakes
4 cups mixed greens
8-12 each asparagus spears (blanched and chilled)
salt and pepper to taste

DIRECTIONS
Combine mayonnaise and lemon juice in a bowl and mix well. Add red onion, red pepper flakes. Fold in Crab Classic and toss. Taste and adjust salt and pepper. Place a nest of mixed greens on a plate and scoop the salad into the center of the greens. Lay 2-3 asparagus spears over the top of the salad and serve.
