Lobster Classic Bisque

INGREDIENTS
8 oz. Lobster Classic
2 tbsp. butter
1/2 lb. fresh mushroom, chopped
2 tbsp. green onions, chopped
2 tbsp. flour
3 cups milk
1 tsp. grated lemon peel
1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1/2 cup half & half
1/4 cup sherry

DIRECTIONS
In saucepan melt butter, and sauté mushrooms and green onions for five minutes. Add flour and stir until smooth. Slowly add milk and cook until slightly thickened. Stir in remaining ingredients, heat gently but do not boil. Season with salt and pepper to taste.

Makes 4 servings.
