Lobster Classic Greek Salad

INGREDIENTS
8 oz. Lobster Classic
1 bag romaine lettuce mix
1 large vine ripe tomato cut into 12 pieces
1/4 red onion, julienne
1 small jar roasted peppers, julienne
1 tbsp. capers, rinsed
1 small jar of marinated artichoke hearts, quartered
1 small cucumber cut into slices
1 small jar seeded and halved kalamata olives
8 pepperoncini
4 oz. feta cheese, crumbled
store bought Greek dressing/vinaigrette

DIRECTIONS
Add all ingredients except for the feta cheese. Toss with desired amount of Greek vinaigrette. Plate and top salads with feta cheese. Serve with good crusty bread.

Makes 2 large salads.
