Roasted Garlic, Kalamata, Feta Cheese & Crab Dip

INGREDIENTS
8 oz. Crab Classic, Flake Style
1/2 cup kalamata olives, pitted chopped
6 tbsp. cream cheese, whipped
6 tbsp. mayonnaise
2 tsp. roasted garlic, minced
2 tbsp. olive oil
1/4 cup scallions, fine sliced
2 tsp. oregano, dry
2 tbsp. olive oil
salt & pepper to taste
2 tbsp. parmesan, shredded
2 tsp. bread crumbs

DIRECTIONS
In a medium mixing bowl combine crab, kalamata olives, cream cheese, mayonnaise, roasted garlic, olive oil, scallions, oregano and olive oil. Mix well. Season with salt and pepper to taste, and mix well. Fill two casserole dishes with equal portions of the mixture. Top each with 1 tablespoon of parmesan and 1 teaspoon of bread crumbs. Bake or toast at 400°F until golden brown. Serve hot or at room temperature.

Serving suggestion: Top with crumbled feta cheese, chopped parsley, and sliced crab.
