Lobster Classic Frittata with Crispy Wheat Toast Points | ||
INGREDIENTS
3 ea. eggs 3 ea. egg whites 1/2 cup green bell pepper, rinsed, cored and quartered 1/2 cup white onion, peeled, quartered 1/2 cup Monterey jack cheese, shredded 8 oz. Lobster Classic chunk style salt and pepper to taste 6 ea. crispy wheat toast points* |
DIRECTIONS
Pulse eggs, egg whites, green bell pepper, white onion in a food processor. Remove blade from processor and fold in cheese and Lobster Classic.
