INGREDIENTS
8 oz. Crab Classic, Flake Style
2 tbsp. light sour cream
2 tbsp. reduced fat mayonnaise
2 tsp. lemon juice
2 tsp. parsley, chopped
4 tbsp. red onion, small dice
4 tbsp. celery, small dice
2 tsp. capers
garlic, granulated to taste
salt & pepper to taste

DIRECTIONS
In a medium mixing bowl combine crab, sour cream, mayonnaise, lemon juice, parsley, red onions, celery and capers. Mix well. Season with garlic, salt and pepper to taste. Mix well, and serve.

Serving suggestion: Serve over a green lettuce leaf and garnish with a twist of lemon.
