Crab Classic Canapés

INGREDIENTS
8 oz. Crab Classic, Chunk Style 1/3 cup celery, rough chopped 1/4 cup mayonnaise salt and pepper, to taste 1 tsp. lemon juice 18 ea. toast points (lightly buttered)* 3 ea. radishes (shaved into paper thin slices) 18 ea. chive sprigs 18 ea. black olive slivers |
DIRECTIONS
Place Crab Classic, celery and mayonnaise in bowl of food processor until chunky but blended. Season with salt, pepper and lemon juice. Prepare toast points by scooping a teaspoon of the salad onto each toast point, garnishing with radish, chive and olive. Serve chilled.
