Crab Classic Leg Cobb Salad

INGREDIENTS
8 oz. Crab Classic Leg Style
1 bag lettuce mix
1 large vine ripe tomato, cut into 12 pieces
1/4 red onion, julienne
1 avocado, peeled, seeded and cut into medium dice
1 small cucumber, cut into slices
1 small can, seeded and halved black olives
8 slices pre-cooked turkey bacon chopped fine
4 oz. shredded cheddar and Monterey Jack blended cheese
4 hard boiled eggs cut into halves
favorite salad dressing

DIRECTIONS
Shred crab legs into small pieces. Lightly toss lettuce mix with dressing and bowl. Add remaining items arranged in a decorative manner. Serve with crusty bread.

Makes 2 large salads.
