Crab Classic Ceviche | ||
INGREDIENTS
16 oz. Crab Classic, Leg Style 4 Roma red tomatoes 1 tbsp. onion 1 1/2 oz. original lemon juice 1/2 cup cilantro 1 large avocado salt to taste 1 lb. salad shrimp tapatio hot sauce |
DIRECTIONS
Chop Crab Classic into small pieces. Chop onion, tomatoes, cilantro and avocado. Mix with the Crab Classic, lemon juice and salt. Serve with crackers or tostadas. Add tapatio sauce to taste. Printable Version Go Back to Recipe List | ||
