Crab and Lobster Cheese Tortellini

INGREDIENTS
8 oz. (1 package) of Crab Classic Flake 4 oz. (1/2 package) Lobster Classic 1/2 bunch asparagus tips - blanched 1 yellow onion julienne 1 tbsp. chopped fresh garlic 10 oz. box frozen leaf spinach - thawed and drained 4 oz. jared roasted red peppers - julienne 2 - 9 oz. bags refrigerated cheese tortellini - follow manufacturers heating instructions 7 oz. refrigerated prepared basil pesto sauce shredded parmesan Reggiano to garnish 1 bunch fresh basil to garnish 2 tbsp. olive oil |
DIRECTIONS
Sauté onions until golden brown in olive oil, add the remaining vegetables and sauté about 3 minutes. Add the crab and heat through 2 minutes. Add cheese tortellini, mix and heat through 2 minutes. Add pesto, toss thoroughly, being careful not to break the tortellini. To serve divide into 4-6 portions and garnish with parmesan and basil.
