Crab Classic Ceviche

INGREDIENTS
8 oz. Crab Classic, Flake Style 1 red, yellow and orange bell pepper finely diced 3 plum tomatoes seeded and julienne 1/4 cup finely diced red onion 1 tsp. finely diced seeded serrano chile 1 avocado peeled and diced 2 tbsp. chopped fresh cilantro leaves 1 tbsp. extra virgin olive oil 2 tbsp. fresh squeezed lime juice kosher salt and table ground black pepper 1 oz. micro greens for garnish |
DIRECTIONS
Combine ingredients and allow to marinate for 10 minutes before serving. Season with salt and pepper. To serve, fill martini glasses evenly and garnish with a small pinch of micro greens.
